Just want to put it out there...
I am writing a contract tonight.
The property is a foreclosure in Farmers Branch. We looked at it some time ago but felt the price was too high for the condition. Today the price was lowered and the contract is being submitted.
The lesson is sometimes property is priced too high for the market and the condition. Patience can will out.
